General cooperation rules
Welcome to Baltic Bridge Solutions. Our company, based in Gdynia, provides services in customs clearance, legal consulting, and goods certification. By using our services, you accept the following conditions. We care about clear rules, which is why everything we do is based on mutual trust and the rules of commercial law.
Our main goal is to ensure your goods pass through the border without unnecessary obstacles. We operate based on current customs regulations in force in Poland and within the European Union. We treat every order individually and with full responsibility for the documentation entrusted to us.
Responsibility and obligations
As specialists, we make every effort to ensure that every customs clearance or certification process goes smoothly. However, we require our clients to be reliable in providing information about the goods and to provide the complete set of required documents. Remember that errors in documentation can lead to delays or fines imposed by customs authorities, for which Baltic Bridge Solutions cannot be held responsible if they resulted from false data provided by the client.
Our team, including Marek Wiśniewski and Anna Kowalczyk, oversees every stage of your order. We always inform you about possible risks and together look for the best legal solutions for your business.
Payments and settlements
We value clear rules, which is why our rates are always set before starting work. For customs service, legal advice, or obtaining certificates, we charge a fee in accordance with the offer presented in our price list or an individual contract. Payments for our services should be made by the deadline indicated on the VAT invoice, by bank transfer to our bank account.
