CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

Duties and Responsibilities:
Organizing sales visits
Demonstrating and presenting products
Establishing new business
Maintaining accurate records
Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
Reviewing sales performance
Negotiating contracts and packages
Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Has excellent negotiation, organizational, customer service and interpersonal skills
People-oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills, computer literate and keen on details
Articulate in presenting information and addressing business concerns
Preferably with a known large clientele base
