Bilingual Customer Support Associate - CHINESE
A full-time bilingual Customer Service Representative who will use Mandarin and/or Cantonese language/s as primary medium in dealing with overseas customers.
• Must have good business writing and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin or Cantonese.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills, including correct usage of grammar and terminology
• Previous experience related to the position in a BPO setting is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and other relevant computer applications is a must.
• Must be accurate, dependable, detail-oriented, and attentive to values accuracy.
• Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Internet and computer savvy.
• Willing to work on a graveyard shift in Imus City, Cavite.
