Resort Manager Wanted
- Fully responsible for all aspects of the resort operation.
- Supports and works with all employees in all aspects of running the resort.
- Ensures the premises are in operative condition as per standard operating procedure to receive & serve the guests.
-Conducts regular operations team meeting with all employees to discuss routine operational matters, sales targets, guest feedback and action taken for service recovery, and also any staff issues.
-Oversees all guest services operations, including front desk, reservations, and transportation services to ensure quality and guest satisfaction.
-Ensures that all guest bedrooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standard. Directly manage the Housekeeping department and also oversee front office operations in the absence of Front office manager. Ensures strict compliance with hotels policies and processes.
-College degree in Hospitality Management is an asset or Graduates bachelor degree and/or diploma in hotel or other related field.
-Proficient in English & Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
-Possess excellent customer care and interpersonal skills
-Experience in Property Management Software's, Revenue Management Systems desired
-Minimum one year of hotel front desk and supervisory experience, experience handling cash, accounting procedures, and general administrative tasks.
