Front Desk Officer

-Accommodate and welcome guests and customers
-Provides and disseminates information amongst all customers
-Facilitates, resolves and analyzes all customer concerns
-Prepares necessary operational and administrative forms and reports
-Monitors and coordinates activities in maintaining the cleanliness of the facilities and
-Manages and safe keeps documents
-Ensures that all guest appointments are timely, properly documented and coordinated
with supervisor
-Must possess any Bachelor’s degree
-Experience in the customer service industry is a plus
-At least 1 to 2 year’s experienced as a Receptionist or a Front Desk Personnel is
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is required
-Must have organizational, active listening and service oriented skills
